In Queretaro, Mexico, USA manufacturer of coextruded plastics sheet products, Senoplast, is to double the size of its Mexican plant to 64,600ft2 of manufacturing space.
Senoplast USA is pleased to announce it has begun construction of large addition to its Queretaro, Mexico manufacturing location.
It doubles the size of the existing plant to 64,600ft2 of manufacturing space.
This additional capacity is critical to fulfilling the booming demand for Senoplast's coextruded sheet products in North America.
The state-of-the-art facility will produce multilayer coextrusions up to 120in wide of ABS/PMMA, ABS-PC/PMMA, and ABS/ASA.
These products are widely used in the sanitary industry for items such as bath and shower enclosures, whirlpool tubs and thermoformed sinks.
The automotive, transportation, and appliance industries use Senoplast's Senosan.
Sheets for both interior and exterior applications - "This expansion in our capacity will help Senoplast more quickly respond to our customers, and help trim our custom manufacturing lead times," said Guenter Klepsch, president of Senoplast USA.

Products available from Senoplast USA include: SENOSAN AM 50 SOLAR New, ABS co-extruded with acrylic for exterior applications; Senosan 3000, ABS co-extruded with acrylic for sanitary applications; and other custom modified grades for use in the automotive, refrigeration, signage, furniture, and agricultural industries.
Senosan sheets are easily vacuum or thermoformed into parts you see everyday including car roof top carriers, suitcases, ski boxes, bathtubs and shower enclosures, sinks, door panels, automotive parts, tractor components, and medical equipment.
